Processing time

All orders are carefully packaged and dispatched from our UK fulfilment centre within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking confirmation email with details on how to follow your parcel’s journey.

Uk shipping

Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
Express Delivery: 1–2 business days
Free Standard Shipping on all UK orders over £75
Deliveries are made via Royal Mail or an equivalent trusted courier service.

International shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.

Europe: 5–10 business days

USA & Rest of World: 7–14 business days

Please note that international deliveries may be subject to local customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or delayed parcels
